For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Internet Ombudsstelle is available in Austria as a recognised out-of-court dispute resolution body: ombudsstelle.at
Taking part in such proceedings is voluntary — we are under no legal obligation to do so. Going direct is usually faster anyway: just send us an email, we prefer to sort things out personally. The former EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) was shut down on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a link to it.
