Webcam tracking
Head, expression, hands and body from an ordinary webcam — no extra hardware.
Tracking runs in a process of its own using Google's MediaPipe. The models are downloaded on first use (~200 MB). After that everything runs offline.
Turning it on
In the avatar's Tracking tab: enable webcam tracking. The status line below always says what it is waiting on.

Basic options
- Mirror — the avatar as in a mirror
- Avatar moves along — its position follows the tracking
- Preview window — camera and detected points
- Reset pose (T-pose)
- Smoothing — calmer, but slower to react
Note: Pausing the tracking has its own shortcut: it halts tracking without shutting the tracker down — and works without window focus.
