Quick start
First scene, first avatar, first tracking — in five minutes.
1. Create a scene
Pick Create a new scene in the main menu and give it a name. The editor opens, and the setup wizard offers to walk you through the next steps — or you skip it.

2. Choose an avatar
TODO: Load a preset (Mizuki / Toru), import your own VRM, fetch a Minecraft skin.
3. Turn on webcam tracking
TODO: Describe the route through the Tracking tab, including the status line ("Tracking running") and what the common error messages mean.
4. Calibrate
Calibrating once is the difference between "it moves" and "it looks like you". See Calibration.
5. Switch to recording mode
